Wildfire sprinkler installers have been popping up in recent months like embers in the wind...

The OFP System, developed in 2019, began installations in 2020 —

and by 2025, ten OFP Systems were actively protecting properties during the Palisades and Eaton fires.

Attention to Detail

We limit our installations to 20 systems per year. Every system is individually designed and installed based on the specific property and structural conditions — under my personal supervision. With over 45 years of landscape and agricultural irrigation design and installation experience, you can be assured of unmatched attention to detail and performance.

Coverage

Our systems are designed to protect the entire structure perimeter simultaneously. This requires precise knowledge and experience in specifying flow rates, pressure, and pipe sizing.
By contrast, most other systems operate in “zones,” covering only one section of the property at a time. This leaves other areas temporarily unprotected — a critical vulnerability during an emergency.

Materials

We use only commercial-grade components, carefully selected to match each property’s unique conditions.
It wouldn’t make sense to use the same sprinkler type for vastly different applications — for example, varying structure heights — or to install a “standard” control box with features like a diesel pump switch when no diesel pump exists. We believe every system should be purpose-built, not one-size-fits-all.

Maintenance & Support

Each system can be remotely monitored and operated by us (with homeowner authorization). We recommend and perform bi-annual maintenance to ensure consistent reliability.
To learn more, visit our “Homeowners Experience” section.

Warranty

We provide a 3-year warranty on each system when enrolled in our bi-annual maintenance program. (Pump warranty is provided separately by the manufacturer.)

Pricing

We offer a fair, direct price for a premium-quality system, including one year of complimentary service.
There are no hidden costs — no advertising overhead, sales commissions, restricted materials, or dealership markups.
When you compare our value with the competition, you may find out that you could also afford a fully automated home generator or battery backup (which may serve you for multiple emergency scenarios...)

Collaborating with Architects and General Contractors

Early collaboration sets the foundation for a smooth, efficient, and aesthetically successful project — completed on time and within budget.

By coordinating with architects, general contractors, and other subcontractors before construction begins, we can identify and address design and installation details that improve quality and reduce costs.

Examples include:

  • Installing dedicated pool suction lines

  • Specifying electrical and plumbing requirements in advance

  • Ensuring proper roof waterproofing at sprinkler locations

With over 40 years of experience working alongside architects, general contractors, and subcontractors, we understand the value of teamwork and proactive communication in delivering outstanding results.
